Yes, we provide a 12 month warranty on all repair and replacement parts.
- How long do I have to wait before my console is returned to me in working condition?
The couriers generally take 48 hours each way, and our average repair times are between 1-5 working days.
- There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer repair bundles?
Yes, we do. Please just give us a call at 01618832899 and we will see what we can set up for you.
- Do you offer pick-up and drop-off service?
Yes. To make it more convenient for our customers, we offer pick-up and drop-off courier service.
- What kind of spares do you use to replace parts?
We use only Grade A parts to replace all the damaged parts of all Console brands.
- How can I make payment for my repair?
We accept credit/debit card and PayPal. We do not accept payments through cheques.
